NEW REPERTOIRE

As a craftsman of bespoke work, I have the fortune to be inspired by different individuals, by their trajectories, desires, and aspirations in life, and by their vision of themselves. Lingering beyond the temporal moments of conversations with my clients, these inspirations are present in each creative process; they often entangle first and then slowly emerge, resonating with the way each piece was hammered through raw materials and finally into its distinct form and texture.
My current series of new work was born to different personal motivations—to comfort oneself, to grieve a loss, to celebrate an anniversary and achievements. Immersing myself into making such an emotionally charged body of work, I find cure and peace in a serendipitous revisitation of my own calamities and elation in life. These new works reflect the outstanding trust and support of my dear clients and friends, while they represent a new repertoire, an evolving vision that I am ready to embark upon with renewed spirit.
